Use

Xhome is free and provided as is, without warranty. It relies on interfaces of smart-home systems that their providers may change at any time.

Your data

Your floor plan, Smart Life session and connection details are stored on your Mac. Xhome has no account of its own, no ads and no usage analytics.

Network

Xhome connects directly to the services you link (Smart Life, Home Assistant, Philips Hue), to GitHub to check for updates, and to Cloudflare only when you turn on AI Access over the internet.
